Refunds and Returns

Are you unhappy with your purchase? No worries, we have you covered with our 30-day full refund policy for new, unopened items. We will also go the extra mile of paying the return shipping costs if the return was as a result of an error on our part including defective or incorrect items.

We ask for a safe period of four (4) weeks within which to process your refund upon delivery of the package to the return shipper. However, in most cases, you will receive your refund much faster than this. This safe period caters for transmit time (5-10 business days), processing period (3-5 business days) and time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

To return an item, simply log into your account, go to complete orders (under the My account menu) and click on return items.

Upon receipt and processing of your refund request, you will receive an email notification.
